8 months of worship services.

Includes the order of service, script and video reflections by ministers. All titles, blurbs, bios and photos will be available in August. Most services will follow the established format, with a 15-20 minute video reflection by a minister. A few will have a shorter ministerial reflection followed by an alternative service format. You will receive the full script for the alternative service and you can join an online call to get any questions answered live.

• 2.5 times your usual honorarium for UU ministers, plus BC provincial sales tax on the video
• Now that we are based in BC, we are required to charge provincial sales tax when providing video content. The tax is only on the video, not the order of service.

8 months of adult reflection packages.

Our popular “theme packages” are created by a team of four ministers: Arran Morton, Fiona Heath, Lynn Harrison, and Karen Fraser Gitlitz. Adult reflection  packages include an image, a short reflection by one of the ministers, questions, quotes, individual practices, and a complete script for group discussion. 

8 months of social media & newsletter packages.Includes images and quotes for social media posts as well as a choice of two or three newsletter headers for each theme.

8 months of music ministry packages.With original song options that expand and deepen your experience of the themes in worship. Includes videos, lyrics, and (in some cases) pdf scores by UU songwriters Wendy Luella Perkins, Lynn Harrison and Lea Morris. Purchasing this bundle gives you the right to use the songs as many times as you want before the end of June 2027. After the end of June 2027, please contact the appropriate composer for permission to use the songs.

8 months of family ministry packages. Includes a letter from a minister, programming ideas, newsletter-ready articles and materials, as well as ideas and printables for use at the activity table/family quilt during the Sunday service. 

Free one-page handout

All subscriptions have access to the free one page handout advertising the monthly theme. Use this handout to advertise your worship service, small group ministry or discussion. Includes the theme title and blurb, a photo, 3-4 questions and 3-5 quotes. This handout can be shared on your website, in your socials,  in your newsletter, or printed for pickup at the back of your hall. 

I understand that

• Worship service videos and scripts can be shared with congregants, but are not to be posted publicly on the internet. For example, you are welcome to upload sermon videos to your youtube channel as long as access is private. 
• Worship services are provided for use during the 2026-27 congregational year. If you would like to use worship materials after the end of June 2027, contact the relevant minister to gain permission. You will likely be asked to pay the usual speaker’s honorarium. 
• You are welcome to send out the adult reflection packet (theme packet) in your congregational email, in whole or part. 
• You are welcome to post snippets from the adult reflection packet on your website or social media. We ask that you not post the whole packet publicly i.e. on your website or socials. The free one-page handout is a good choice if you want to advertise your programming on the internet. 
• We ask all Meaning Making Project participants to abide by our community guidelines and terms of reference  when making an account, posting or commenting on our website and discussion forum.
